Driver License Number Generator Ontario Probability Simulations?

Probability simulations? - driver license number generator ontario

When we say that the experience and explain so that everyone can follow his instructions and do what you're writing in a typical simulation of the probability of grade 11? Please explain! Furthermore, my experience is to use the random number generator on the computer, and have acquired 80% of drivers license, if the random number 1 to 8, the driver license, 9 to 10 has meant a license.

Suppose you want to throw a coin twice, and how often the head is shown in the currency.

We can show that with a motto:
(2-tailed P, ie, zero-wire) = 0.25
P (1 head and tail, 1) = 0.50
(P 2 heads) = 0.25

So 25% of the samples of coin tosses have 0-2 heads. Then you assign random numbers ranging from probabilities.

For example, if you generate x from a uniform distribution on [0,1]

if x \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt, 0.25, which means the head 0,
if 0.25 \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt, x \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt, 0.75 implies 1 head
when x> 0.75, this means that 2 heads

Then he produced a large quantity of random numbers and document the results and see what happens from what you expect.

Possible reasons:

5 cores: 4:1
10 drivers: 8:2
15 Riders: 12:3
20 drivers: 16:4
25 drivers: 20:5

All these are opportunities that we have a 80% used under license.
