Stomach Sore When Pressed Is It Possible To Soothe The Extreme Pain Of Sore Muscles?

Is it possible to soothe the extreme pain of sore muscles? - stomach sore when pressed

Believe it or not, I have a pain in the muscles of the abdomen about 4 weeks because of cough, bronchitis. It is similar to a type of pain have a lot of stomach exercises without been ready. For the moment it is very painful (to the point that, cough) to suppress at any cost, and if I cough, I support the really important muscles of the stomach with both hands to pull the hot preparation. Anyway, one thing I can help to alleviate them? It is also difficult to sneeze, laugh or walking, breathing, increased lying, etc. All suggestions appreciated. :)

Application of the rule occurred ice for acute injuries (within 0-48 hours to 4-5 days. Check the properties of inflammation: heat, swelling, redness, loss of movement.

After 5 days of discussion on the application of heat. Thus the blood into the tissues promotes tissue elasticity and healing (remember that the oxygen in the blood leads) nutrients and removes carbon dioxide and flammable toxins.

Finally, try anti-inflammatory agents, natural compounds by fatty acid Omega 3 (flax, fish oil), and drugs such as aspirin.

You can ice your muscles, or the application of heat, if desired.
